Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver orders across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of placing the order.
Delivery usually takes 4–9 business days, depending on your location and courier partner availability.
Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control (such as courier delays, weather, or festivals).
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the product type and weight.
- ₹20 to ₹80 per order (depending on the item and location).
Any applicable charges will be shown at checkout before payment.
Delivery Partners
We are in the process of partnering with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once shipped, you will receive tracking details on your registered contact details.
Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking ID and a link to track your shipment in real-time.
Returns and Exchanges
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details and product photos.
Note: Returns are not accepted for items damaged due to customer handling or wear and tear.
